The Reptile Photographer

My name is Joe Silvestri [aka, Joe Ecko]. I wanted to share my thoughts and work here on Photos-of-the-Year.com and have done so with great photos of reptiles. I have always had a great fascination for these wonderful creatures, especially the leopard gecko. Most of my work is done on captive reptiles in the many different zoo's or here at home. Here at home I own a variety of gecko's like the blizzard, albino, jungle, circle and saddle backs these are just wonderful reptiles to have and there a blast to photograph. This is where my heart is in photography, I do enjoy photographing allot of other things and animals but nothing get's me more pumped up then photographing reptiles. I have started a few threads here at the site like reptiles,amph and ecotherms and the poty gecko gang, and many have posted a lot of wonderful photo's there of reptiles. I have had a positive impact on a few wonderful people here like Deb Brown and Wendy and can't forget Denise. Some loved the reptile shots of the geckos so much that they asked me for information on them and bought a few of there own. I'm very happy to beable to share my work here at this wonderful site and I thank GoldenHammer for giving me the wonderful opportunity to do so. Also all the people who have given me all the great comments and support on my work I thank you,that is a small part in what keeps me going and I also learn from your comments ......
