The POTY Contest 2005 gallery has more than 300 best photos selected among 10,000 photos submitted for year 2005, they are a collection of winning photos for the monthly contests. The POTY gallery will be open for voting by all registered members in a two rounds approach. You are invited to explore this best gallery for the year 2005.
Voting Arrangement
POTY 2005 Semi-Final, held from January 15 to Feburary 15, 2007 for the selection of the top 48 photos.
POTY 2005 Final, held in March 1 - March 31, 2007 to determine the ranking for the best 12 POTY.
General Notice
A photo ranking will be determined by sum-up (instead of averaging) all ratings scores given to that photo.
Ratings given by members under trial period will not be counted for ranking a photo.
You don't have to be a photography expert to make vote.
For best result, please vote as many as possible photos in the POTY gallery.
The photography subject itself should not be a criterion for rating a photography work for the POTY Contest.
Photography equipment used should not be a criterion for rating a photography work.
Be serious and respect the effort behind in creating the photo.
Evaluate all photos by a consistent norm and give your rating as fair as possible.
