kj2001 Senior Member Registered: 9/2004 Location: Isle of Wight , UK Strength: 815(24,21) Contribution: 567 Hi Jaking many many thanks for the really wonderful comments on African queen , I have been really stunned and so pleased at the number of comments I have recieved , I must introduce the lioness too her name is Nahla and I have been working very closely with her for a while now and she is a real character in all ways ,I have just had a look at the point you mentioned and there is a very small very pale purple area on close inspection but it is not showing up very much on my monitor,but thank you so much for pointing it out , I have noticed on occasions and I am not sure if it has something to do with the lay of the fur but when the skin of a lion becomes very bunched up I have also had a green effect so it may well have something to do with the grey/black of some of the hair reacting to lighting or my positioning when I have taken the shot as their coats are very patchy in colour when you get close ( not that I would reccommend getting too close LOL !! ) but thank you so much for pointing that out and will keep my eyes open to see if it happens again , K-J Sat Oct 23, 2004 12:27pm [Profile] [Portfolio] [Private Message] [Buddy]
