OK...it's not my summer home (not even a distance possibility, even if I won the lottery). Actually it's a building on one of the University of Connecticut's campuses. It's in the town of Groton, and it's adjacent to the Avery Point Lighthouse, New London Lighthouse, and a private lighthouse across the waterway. Nice place to visit...there is a small beach that you have to pay between 10-20 dollars to use (depending on the time of the year).
